Troubleshooting
1. If Indicator Light on both devices not shows SOLID BLUE. please reboot both devices or re-pair both devices.

2. Sound not loud enough:
①Turn up the volume on the audio source to at least a medium level/ Deactivate the muting function from the audio source.
②Turn up the volume of the headset.
③Turn up the TV volume or try RCA connection or Optical connection.(3.5mm AUX port may not release enough volume in some TVs.)

3. Avoid Wireless Interference:
*Please make sure to use the USB adapter provided by us to connect the base to the wall outlet for the power supply while using the headphones, don’t use the USB port of other devices directly! (The USB port will interfere with the signal, which may generate a loud buzzing sound in headphones.)
① Keep the nearby wireless devices(i.e. TV Stick/Roku/WIFI Routers etc.) away from the transmitter.
② Remove obstacles between the transmitter and headphones.
③ Keep the headset closer to the transmitter.

4. The blue light of the headphone is always on and won't turn off:
There are probably two reasons for this situation:
①The use environment is complex and there is interference from other wireless devices.
②The frequency of switching on and off is too much.
*The package comes with an RCA cable, please use the 3.5mm end of the RCA cable to poke the 3.5mm port of the headset until the headset is powered off. Then restart the headset, and you can hear the sound normally.

5. Sound only on one ear.
①Connect the headset to your phone with a 3.5mm cable directly to test whether there is sound on both sides of the headset. If not, please don’t hesitate to contact us to replace the headset. If YE S, go to the next step.
②Make sure the cable was plugged completely and correctly into the TV and the transmitter.
③Check whether the RCA cable is inserted into the AV port, please make sure it is inserted into RCA(red/white) AUDIO OUT port.
④Please try to use Optical connection or AUX connection. If it still can't be solved, please contact us for a replacement.

6. No sound after using the headphones for a while:
If the operations are all the same as before,
①Make sure that the headset is fully charged (the blue indicator light of the headset is always on). When the headset is out of power, it can also be turned on first, but it will be turned off soon.
②Try to connect the base to other devices(with optical/RCA/AUX audio output) to see if the headphones work.
③Please connect the headphone as a wired headphone to a mobile phone or computer with a 3. 5mm interface to test if there is sound. If it still does not work, please feel free to contact our Customer Service(anstenusa@gmail.com).

7. Re-pair Step:
Press and hold the headset microphone mute button and the transmitter pairing button for 3 seconds at the same time until the LED indicator blue on both devices blinking rapidly.
The LED indicator will turn to solid Blue automatically, Pairing completed, and there is no need to pair again for use.
Note: the two buttons need to be pressed at the same time for more than 3 seconds, they are not pressed separately.

Q: The headphones worked for several minutes or a few days, then stop
work.
A:Please exclude factors such as normal headset operation, network buffering, signal interference, etc. 1.Connect the mobile phone interface, do a phone test.  2. Turn off the router and other 2.4G/Bluetooth equipment, then do a close-up test.
